Someone important has been murdered leaving no trace. The only evidence of foul play is a strange, corrupted audio file from a website that recently dropped dead itself. Can you learn who sent it and what it contained?

Soundwav is a visual novel mystery that plays out through the archive of a dead music-sharing website. All you can do is read comments and descriptions, search for users, and follow links. With those tools alone you need to determine who sent the file and give the investigation a lead on the culprit.

Thankfully, nothing on the internet is truly lost. Or is that such a good thing?
